I've been using pure stevia as a sweetener for a few years now (it's the only thing I'll let the kids use on their weekday cereal). And I won't allow any artificial sweetener of any kind in the house at all (and that includes Splenda). So when Sun Crystals came out, I was interested in how it might taste since it's a blend of both stevia and natural sugar. I originally went to the website to see if they had kosher certification (they do--O-U), and found out they're sending out free samples. Yippee!
